About the Project

This particular property had been derelict for a long period of time with out pointing and rain pipes which had been removed by a previous builder, therefore open to the elements for many months. The facade was in a poor condition, a new scaffold had to be erected and Restoration and Remedial Limited were tasked by the contractor to carefully clean off the heavy moss and restore the defected brickwork, and finally re-pointing the facade in a recessed flush using NHL mortar.
